Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Listing Agent (Tele Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales within the real estate industry, with the ability to effectively communicate and close deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to amplify brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Collaborate closely with social media personalities or channels, guiding content creation, production, and distribution to align with brand objectives.
- Produce high-quality video content, including vlogs, property showcases, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Manage the company’s social media channels, overseeing content ideation, scheduling, editing, and optimization.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics on social media channels; utilize insights to optimize strategies and maximize reach.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and stakeholders to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven 2 or more years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on social media content creation and management for a reputable brand with a history of brand building (attached your portfolio, social media account, website links, etc.,).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
