Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)
Key Responsibilities:
Photography and Videography
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, both interior and exterior, to be used in marketing materials and online listings.
- Use drones to capture stunning aerial footage of properties and surrounding areas.
- Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and ensure they meet brand standards.
Drone Specialist
- Operate drones safely and responsibly to capture aerial footage.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all drone equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest drone technology and regulations.
Postproduction
- Edit and retouch photographs and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule photo and video shoots, ensuring minimal disruption to property occupants
Qualifications:
- Proven 2 years or more experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate work or any other related field (attached your portfolio, social media account, website links, etc.,).
- Expertise in drone operation, with a valid drone pilot license.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
